Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

INCORRECT ITEM

If we sent you the wrong size/color and/or design, please email us right away, within 7 days of receiving your package, at info@chilld.com. Please also enclose a clear picture of the item for our records, and we will take it from there.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. Since every order is made-to-order, once we start producing your product, you will be unable to cancel it.

For Defective Products:

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

Please email us at info@chilld.com and include your order number and a photo of the damaged bag and damaged goods so that we can start a claim with the shipping provider.

Submit a Return Request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund. We do not provide free return labels; we can create one for you, but the price of the label will be deducted from the cost of the refunded item.

You have 30 days from delivery to return the product for all un-customized products.

Products must be new and unworn or unused in any capacity.

We charge a 27% restocking fee for undamaged returned items.

Once we receive the returned item, it can take between 5-7 days for your payment to be returned to your payment method. We generally process returns on the day that they arrive but it can take up to 3 days (excluding holidays and weekends).

We do not refund any shipping charges.

All refunds will go back to the original payment method.

Contact us at info@chilld.com and request a return authorization number. Once you have that, we will email you a return label. You can request a return label, but the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refunded price, or you can mail it back at your expense. If you requested a return label, a label will be emailed to you using the email provided at checkout.

All customers are required to pay for return shipping of any product they wish to have refunded.

You have 30 days to request a return authorization number. After 30 days, you have a further 7 days to drop the package off at an acceptable shipping provider (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). If the product is returned after that window, we will not accept any returns.

We do not accept returns of used goods or customized products (custom logos, patches, embroidery, etc.).
